In the rare event that a customer feels they would like to return the product, they must first contact us by calling 208.664.8876. We will not accept packages that are returned without prior notice. No exceptions.

Although a vast array of information and comparisons is given on this website so that our customers have proper expectations and knowledge on our product, we advise customers to call us before purchasing if there are any questions or concerns. Many companies exaggerate their claims from the size of heating areas to the cost to run them. We believe that you will find that we have honest claims.

In most cases, returns can easily be avoided at the customer's benefit by calling us first and speaking with our knowledgable staff. If the product seems not to be performing as expected, or has an issue, our expert staff can easily assist in finding the best environment for the maximum heating capability as well as determine if the heater has an issue that is causing it not to perfom to the customer's satisfaction.

If in the event the customer still would like to return the product after working with our staff, the heater must be returned in its original packaging and new resellable condition with in 30 days from purchase. With in the first 14 days there is full credit returned to the customer. After 14 days there is a 15 percent restocking fee as we go through the product, clean the product, trouble shoot the product and it must be discounted as a used product. Again this policy is only if we are contacted prior to the return and are expecting the return.

In addition, although we currently offer free shipping to the customer as a bonus, it is the customer's responsibility to return the product to us at their cost. No fees will incurr to us as a result in damage during shipment, loss in shipment, shipping fees, etc. It is advised that the customer fully insure the product . All claims of the prementioned will need to be addressed to the shipping company and not us.

In the case the returned heater is damaged from shipment, we will take photos of the packaging, etc. However, be advised that shipping companies are not easy to work with on claims.
